EO Media Group, dba Central Oregon Media Group, is looking for an energetic and highly motivated Digital Account Manager to join our digital advertising operation. This position will build distinct customer relationships through unequivocal customer service, creative data analysis, and proficient organizational skills. This role is extremely important for our client's success, satisfaction, and loyalty.

What you'll do...

  • Onboard every client in a way that makes the experience fast and seamless.
  • Setup digital tools and systems for client advertising campaigns.
  • Develop Custom Reports through the use of multiple internal systems.
  • Perform in-person and remote reporting meetings with clients and corporate
  • stakeholders.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for each clients goals to be met within a timely
  • manner.
  • Manage billing and advertising campaign fulfillment for multiple clients.
  • Create customized and unique strategies for clients based on empirical data
  • for clients to be used in presentations.
  • Bring innovative ideas for campaign solutions and test new products,
  • strategies, and channels.
  • Analyze campaign data and report on recommendations and strategy.
  • Have proactive insights and the ability to make strategic recommendations and adjust
  • strategies as needed.
  • Manage multiple accounts and tasks with effective resolution of conflicting
  • priorities.

To be successful in this role, you'll need...

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field or an
  • equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Broad-based digital media experience, including specific knowledge of one or
  • more channels including Search, Social, Video, and Content.
  • Proven responsibility creating unequivocal relationships with large corporate
  • clients.
  • The desire to be a team player that is also comfortable working independently.
  • To be a driven, forward-thinking individual with the ability to come up with creative
  • solutions across a wide range of businesses.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to
  • established timeframes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills necessary to
  • communicate and persuade a wide range of audiences.
  • To demonstrate deep analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • To be comfortable pulling and interpreting data in marketing analytics reports from
  • software like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Tableau.
  • Sales experience, digital advertising experience and knowledge of SEO and website UX are preferred.
